Collectoys

I have a general question about the French auction house Collectoys.I have been using them for years and spent many thousands of pounds with them.I have just asked a specific question about an upcoming lot in one of their auctions and all five of my e-mails have been completely ignored.I have asked the question in English and in French but to no avail.Has anyone else had dealings with these people?Dave

I find it strange, I have never had any problems but they are obviously reluctant to answer e-mails - I find this very disappointing. I will take Jacques advice and try to ring them tomorrow. Dave

Dave I really feel for you and your frustration in not receiving any responses to your emails from Collectoys. I had similar problem with M&M Auctions in the UK, except my frustration was having paid for my auction winnings, I never received the goods, nor did M&M ever bother to answer my emails. Apparently Collectoys also does not believe in customer loyalty either like Vectis. I hope you can sort things out, or give them a big miss! They obviously do not value your presence. Thanks Bruce I have never used M&M so I can't really comment, I believe they tend to go predominantly for the farm stuff. They have had a few interesting items but can be a bit expensive. Dave

600 543 Collectoys has changed owner last May. This is the new owner whom I met when I went there to take pictures of the set 70.
