510 Peugeot 204 berline (1965-1978)

My new Peugeot 204, arrived yesterday, has a particularity : The inside bonnet in not painted ! Kind regards Richard

Hello Richard On reading your Post, I checked out my Peugeot 204, and it too has the same peculiarity in that the inside of the bonnet (hood to those across the pond!) is also unpainted. I wonder which is more common, painted or unpainted? I must photograph mine and include it in this Post. (Probably one of these days!!) Kind regards Bruce (150) 20160807/961/0136

Further to my above Post #14, I have at last photographed the underside of the bonnet/hood of my Peugeot 204 showing that this feature was not painted. With Richard's example also being unpainted, does this indicate that a large part of the production run of this model are the same, or are Richard's and mine unique?
