My comprehensive Dinky catalogue and the production of my annual supplements are lagging far behind, so why not quickly assembling a picture collage of my acquisitions of 2013 on this 31st of December?
I just went into my 35th year of active Dinky collecting this month, (not deliberately) maintaining a remarkably stable average of about 15 Dinky additions every year. This year's harvest does not deviate far from that either! Any remarkable annual acquisitions to report by other DTCA members? It would be nice to share. Have a nice New Year's Eve! Best regards, Jan

Here are my other new items
from
2013: Some of them,
the Octopus,
Big Bedford,
Chivers,
Dodge Tipper
and Forward Control Lorry are replacements for previous items.I am going through an improvment programme in my collection rather than increasing the size of the collection
and this will hopefully continue in 2014.Dave

Nice to see the results of the collecting efforts of all of you.Hope more will
join in,
even if only with quick snapshots.Dave,
superb Weetabix you scored ! I agree as replacing is concerned. This year the military breakdown vehicle is my only real replacement of a poorer example,
but indeed,
more
and more,
quality is winning
from
quantity,
as I am concerned,
resulting in a nicer but stable collection.Kind regards,
Jan
