1964 catalogue

I am sorry if this has been covered before. The two images show the UK issues of this catalogue. 7/164/450 7/764/450 UK 72550/02 I have seen several other versions of this catalogue but would like to complete the list. Can anyone help? 72550/02 UK 7/764/450 72550/06 English NP 7/364/10 72550/07 Australia 7/364/100 72550/49 Portugal 7/364/2 I think there could be over 50 different versions altogether as other literature in the early 1960s had similar reference numbers. I have scanned paperwork from all over the world (e.g. Hong Kong, India, Jamaica(!), Aden......) and would like to fill in all the other numbersAndrew
