As requested, yesterday morning I transfered the discussion about the traffic light 594 to a specific thread and it worked very well. I can not understand where the thread has gone to or what happened.
I have started this thread again with the pictures I could recover, please write your comments again.

Oh well, here we go again! I have no idea what I wrote, so will just go straight to the pictures.
I have had this model for several years, not thinking much about it, but after posting it to another thread, Jacques informed me that it is not a very common model. In fact, only 20 boxed examples have appeared in a Vectis auction since 2002. When I finally discovered my 594 in a dark corner, I inserted a AA battery and was very surprised, nay delighted after all these years to see that the little fellow still worked as the photographs above attest!

a very interesting model - did the light sequence change automatically, or manually?
